If you are anything like me….. with the Spring…..comes Spring projects!!! At the first sign of warm weather, I am ready to start, re-modeling, re-building and re-landscaping!!!! So just in case you get the “itch” to make some changes, here’s just a quick reminder to submit a request for approval to the Ashton Park HOA Standards of Architecture Review Board (SARB)! Please remember that everything from major projects to small landscaping changes need to be reviewed!
The request document can be found on the Ashton Park website at www.AshtonPark.org and can be submitted to Ashlie Legieza at ashlie_weeks@hotmail.com. Please feel free to holler with any questions!!!!

When my husband Steve and I first visited Franklin, we were instantly struck by the beautiful neighborhoods…. and the amazing people! After just one day in this charming town, we knew that Franklin was where we wanted to be. Once we found Ashton Park, we knew we had found our home….
While we have been lucky enough to meet some of our neighbors…. we surely don’t know everyone. Meeting folks in a large neighborhood can be a little daunting and it isn’t always easy… So I decided to start this site in hopes that it would help me accomplish my New Years resolution of getting to know my neighbors in Ashton Park!
My hope for this blog is that it will be a great resource for all of us to use to help to get to know each other, connect with each other, share information and most importantly ….. to be great neighbors!
